You can control who you share your data with. You may ask us for a record of who has accessed your data. You may direct us to delete your data.
We do not share your data
Your data is never shared with any third party, other than individuals (e.g. family and friends) and the service (or care) providers you nominate.
We protect your data
We use technologies to block malicious activity to ensure that your data is not stolen, misused or inadvertenly disclosed. We test our systems for security flaws. Only nominated CareGrid staff have access to your data and they will do so only when required to support you or support the CareGrid platform.
Your data always remain in Australia
We use datacenters located in Australia. Our staff are based in Australia. Our business partners who support CareGrid also use staff based in Australia.
